Zagreb Bus Station
Zagreb Bus Station is the biggest and most modern bus station in this part of Europe. With its 44 platforms, it serves connections to Croatia and most European major cities.
TIP: THE STATION PHARMACY AND THE BAKERY ARE OPEN 24/7. TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE MUST BE PICKED UP AT THE STATION 30 MINUTES BEFORE DEPARTURE.
Zagreb Bus Station is located near the central city square. Directly connected to tram line 6 you can arrive at the Zagreb ban Jelačić Square within 10 minutes.
You can get all information regarding bus arrivals and departures at the Information Service desk.
Arrival and departure platforms are located on the ground floor. You can access departure platforms only through the station.

On the ground floor, you can find a series of shops, pharmacy, and a bakery. Inside, on the top floor, you can find a post office and a chapel. Pharmacy and the bakery are open 24/7.
Tickets can be purchased online and picked up at the station no later than 30 minutes prior to your departure. You can only purchase tickets for buses departing in more than one hour!
Likewise, you can make a telephone booking, but they charge an additional 12 HRK for the service.

The luggage storage is located next to the arrival platform.

For luggage, up to 40 kg, the price is 5 HRK per hour for the first 4 hours. After 4 hours, 2,50 HRK per hour.
Luggage heavier than 40 kg and objects such as sacks, bicycles, skis are charged 10 HRK per hour.
Zagreb Bus Station Airport Terminal
Pleso Prijevoz Bus Company is operating regular airport shuttle transfer service from Zagreb Bus Station to and from Zagreb Airport.
The service is organized so that it follows airport arrivals and departures. The shuttle takes about 40 minutes. The terminal is located in the north part of the station.
A one-way ticket costs 30 HRK.

What can you see and do at the Zagreb Bus Station?
There are lots of places for rest and refreshment. At the Kraš shop on the ground level, you will find local sweets.
The city centre is close by and easily accessible by tram no 6. Public transport ticket costs 4 HRK and you can purchase it at any kiosk or newsstand.
Toilets cost 3 HRK, have your change ready.
The station is fully adapted for people with disabilities. Wheelchair entrance and elevator can be found in the inner, northern part of the building.
How to get to and from Zagreb Bus Station?
The station is easily accessible by public transport. Take tram’s number 2, 6, 7 or 8. During the night, after 11 PM, night tram 31 runs to the station. The night tram normally departs every 30 minutes.
30-minute tram ticket costs 4 HRK and can be purchased at any newsstand.
There is a car shortstop in front of the station but it tends to be crowded.
