Zagreb 80’s Museum is a unique experience. They present an interactive way to compare the past with today. You will get to experience the way of life and reminisce about memories and emotions.
Not to mention, the 80’s were a golden era for music, fashion, technological innovation and excess. The age of great things we have today, such as video games, personal computers and mobile phones.
The Zagreb 80’s Museum is an exhibition that will take you back to the golden ages of vinyl’s, cassettes and typewriters.
Visitors are encouraged to interact with exhibits. Go back in time and seat in supermini old-timer “Zastava 750” (locally known as Fićo). Rest on the retro sofa and watch a Black & White TV or listen to popular records on vinyl in the living room. Play legendary video games on Atari or Commodore 64.
The smell of cookies will bring you to the kitchen and in addition, you will get to learn old but beloved domestic recipes.

The museum is situated on the first floor in Radićeva Street, close to the Stone gate.
It includes approximately 500 exhibits, displayed in 6 retro designed rooms. Exactly like it was in Zagreb in the 1980’s.
The exhibition is growing since locals have started to donate items.

How to get to Zagreb 80’s Museum?
Zagreb 80’s Museum opened its doors in Radićeva 34. Go through wooden doors and come up to 1st floor.
Accessible on foot from Zagreb ban Jelačić square. Just head north through Radićeva street. Close to the Stone gate.
